MY STORY
I retired and thought that I would try woodturning. It turned out that I absolutely love it. Although I wish that I had started years ago, I am thankful that I found it. I source the vast majority of the wood that I turn, locally. I process the wood from log to the finished item. Sustainability is very important to me. None of the trees that I use have been cut down simply to make things from. The trees that I use have been taken down for a variety of other reasons. I also use biodegradable oil in my chainsaws. I have had some great teachers along the way but my friend Dale Larsen has taught me the most. He has been turning for over 40 years and is a true master of the craft. I am thankful for Dale's friendship and mentoring. I am thankful that you took the time to read this and check out my website. I am eternally thankful for my wife Lisa. She has encouraged me and has been my biggest cheerleader.

Thank you all,
